     Membership Types


he members of this Society

shall be those persons involved in medical imaging or closely related professions.

Active Members
Individuals who are registered or certified within their specific imaging modality by the corresponding accrediting agency.
Associate Members
Individuals who are not registered or certified in their specific imaging modality but who are licensed to practice or who are registered, certified, and/or licensed in a closely related field.
Retired Members
Those members who have reached age 55 and have been actively involved in mediacal imaging modalities for at least 30 years. They also must have been active in the M.S.R.T., or its equivalent, for at least 10 years.
Student Members
Students enrolled in an accredited program of education.
Life Members
Persons who have given unusual service to the M.S.R.T.
Honorary Members
Persons who, because of interest in the activities and aims of the Society, the Society wishes to honor.
Supporting Members
Persons who are interested in promoting the purposes and functions of the Society but are not active, associate, retired, student, life, or honorary members.
